Gorst Studios offer the perfect creative space for Park Royal's growing community of artists, designers, musicians, photographers and creative businesses.

The Gorst Studios were beautifully designed by Orsini Brewin Architects who transformed this old clothing storage warehouse to 55 new vibrant and appealing spaces.

Studios benefit from an abundance of natural light, and many offer high ceilings. Sizes range from 80 sqft to 2200 sqft and are ideal for makers from all walks of life.

We understand the needs of creatives and ensure an ideal creative studio space is presented whilst also understanding the desire for accessible communal spaces to eat, relax and connect with likeminded creatives. Communal areas also include event lounge and a garden.

Sustainable Dye Workshop

At Gorst Studios, we feel our responsibility is to promote sustainability. So we would like to kick off 2022 with our first 'Sustainable Dye' Workshop. The workshop will be conducted by three textile designers who aim to support ethical and sustainable approaches towards design. We will use logwood, avocado, beetroot, and saffron to dye the cotton and silk.

Our space is affordable for all budgets. We offer 55 studios varying in size and shape. Our studios range from 80 - 2200 sqft. Many of them benefit from post war character, high ceilings and abundance of natural light plus more to offer.
